Today I am going to be reviewing a web based meeting tool know as Twiddla. This tool has a ton of cool features that any teacher, student, businessman or web enthusiast will enjoy. It allows you to concurrently view web pages with other users and provides an easily accessible platform to share media, ideas and discussion.OK, so here are the top five reasons this application is so efficient:
1. Great Layout – Twiddla has a great design that is conducive to learning. The toolbar is highly functional and doesn’t consume too much of the page. Overall it feels like an ordinary Internet browser except it has the ability to edit, draw and denote.
2. Custom URL’s – This is a really useful feature I feel for meetings. Sometimes it can be pretty difficult to remember URL’s, especially when they are just computer-generated numbers. This ability can save a lot of time and help reduce the amount of tardy participants who just “couldn’t remember the web address” and ensure that all participants get the full value of your meeting or presentation.
3. Live Chat – Bust out that microphone and prepare to interact in real time. This is an incredibly useful feature that adds a new level of interaction and participation in meetings.

4. Transcription – Have to step out for a minute? Miss something important? Well don’t worry, Twiddla has the ability to transcribe and log what’s going on in the meeting.

5. Free for students and teachers - I mean this should speak for itself, shouldn’t it? All you have to do is sign up for a free 30-day trial and then send an email to info@twiddla.com from your school email to get upgraded to a free pro account.

Overall I would give this tool a 5.0/5.0 rating. It met all my expectations and proved to be highly functional and best of all FREE (for students & teachers).
